Time is running out for PSC-supported candidates to gather enough NRA Board Election Petitions to get on the 2026 Ballot.  This is critical folks if you haven't already signed Danny's and Eb's online petition, please do so now!!  The original email that went out earlier is copied below.

Dear Fellow PSC Member:

Changes have been made to the nomination process for NRA Board Member candidates.  While candidates have always been able to be nominated by the NRA Nominating Committee and/or by member petition, the petition process is now available online.  While the online process is certainly easier than circulating paper petitions for in-person signatures, it also makes it easier for unqualified people, even Bloomberg-supported anti-2A folks, to get on the NRA Board of Directors ballot.

Having been nominated by member petition has always carried a good bit of prestige, since it shows Members support a candidate.  Online petitions will enhance this impact making it critically important that proven candidates get widespread support from NRA Members.

With that background in mind, PSC Shooting Club, Inc. proudly requests your signature on two current NRA Board Members’ Candidate Petitions.   One person is PSC’s own Vice-President, Danny Stowers and the other is Eb Wilkinson from Tucson Arizona.  In the next paragraphs you will find just a sampling of the impact these men have had on the NRA, the Second Amendment community and, in Danny’s case, PSC.

Danny Stowers, PSC Vice-President

A Texas Conservative, Danny is a Benefactor Life and Golden Eagles member of the NRA, a Life member of the Texas State Rifle Association, and an NRA Instructor for over 20 years who is certified in eight shooting disciplines including the Refuse to be a Victim Program.

He has been a member of PSC shooting club for 35 years and has served as Vice-President since 2019.  At PSC he is a competitor and Safety Officer in various matches and helps instruct the club’s Junior Shooters program with some frequency.

Danny has focused on teaching gun safety, marksmanship and self-defense in ladies only pistol classes through the City of Pearland Parks Department, served as volunteer coordinator for pro-gun congressional candidate, sent campaign emails and text messages to voters, coordinated volunteers for campaign activities, and organized voter information events.

Danny is also an NRA Recruiter, and motivates gun owners to join NRA and vote.

Danny has only one fault – he can’t say no.  That’s why you will see him helping to coordinate and run various programs at PSC for many of his 35 years as a Member of the Club.  He brought that level of dedication to the NRA during his first term on the NRA Board.  Proof of his talents and dedication to the NRA is clearly evidenced by his assignment to the NRA Bylaws & Resolutions Committee during that first term!  That is virtually unheard of and those positions have traditionally been reserved for Board Member with many years of service to the NRA.

Eb Wilkinson

Eb Wilkinson has been an avid NRA support for over 30 years, long before he was first elected to the NRA Board of Directors.  For 17 years, he hosted an annual event in Tucson called the NRA/ILA Dinner.  All of the proceeds, 100%, went to NRA/ILA – not one penny went to cover the cost of the event.  The proceeds amount to somewhere between $600,000 and $800,000.  This does not count over $7 million that were donated by attendees at Eb’s dinners as a result of contacts NRA advancement personnel made during these events.  Eb personally donated several hundred thousand dollars to the NRA above what was raised at dinners.

Don’t be mislead, Eb is more than just a generous donor and NRA promoter.  He served on several NRA committees including the all-important Finance Committee where he served as Chairman.  Many Board members were pleasantly surprised at his complete candor during meetings and his willingness to answer any and all questions by fellow Board members.  He didn’t hide anything, nor did he sugarcoat the facts.  If he didn’t have the information at the meeting, he got the information and provided it later.  Several commented that they had never been provided so much critical information by a Finance Committee Chairman.  That wasn’t an indictment of prior Chairmen; it was a clear acknowledgement of his leadership.

Eb’s candidate petition is here:  https://nra.directnominations.net/Petitions/Sign/375b653f-8ed8-41a2-b877-bad3e35c0cf5

Please take five minutes to sign the online petitions for Danny and Eb.  Also, forward this email to your friends and family who are NRA voting members.

NOTE:  People showing their support for candidates by signing their online candidate petition must be voting members of the NRA.  This means they are either Life Members or annual members with at least five (5) years of uninterrupted membership.  Please do not sign the petitions if you do not meet this qualification.  Since PSC is a 100% NRA Club, the vast majority of our members will qualify.

Respectfully,
Board of Directors
