Renewal season for the 2026-2027 PSC membership year is open and will close at midnight on June 30, 2026. Late renewal season runs from July 1st through July 31st, with a late fee, so renew now. Click on the "Renew" tab in the main menu to renew your membership and/or to check your renewal status.
Unlike prior years, you will not receive a new Member Badge in the mail. The RFI (“smart card”) you received last year is your permanent Member Badge. It will remain valid as long as you continue to renew your membership. The only reason you will receive a new Badge is if you lose your current Badge. This is relatively rare, but when it happens, the lost Badge is deactivated and a new Badge is mailed to the Member.
As always, you can pay the dues with any credit card or debit card using the Club’s PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account yourself. If you submit a renewal application but something happens and you do not complete payment of dues on PayPal, your renewal will not be complete and your renewal form will be automatically deleted. You will have to submit another renewal form and pay the dues.
Beginning on Monday, April 6th, a list of Badge numbers of Members who have submitted a paid renewal form will be available on he Club’s website at https://PSCshootingClub.com under the Renew tab in the main menu. This list will be updated periodically with Mondays being the target each week. This is a target, not a guarantee.
As previously noted, the NRA membership requirement has been temporarily suspended, pending a final decision by the Board. You do not need to join or extend your NRA membership to renew your PSC membership. More information on this issue will be provided at a future date.
As always, please renew early and avoid the last-minute rush.
By clicking the "Submit" button and submitting this PSC New Member Application, you are certifying that 1) you are the person identified in this application; 2) that all information is true and correct; 3) you are not prohibited by state or federal law from possessing firearms; and 4) that you know, understand and will follow all Club rules and policies.
Limited Membership
Membership in the PSC Shooting Club, Inc. is limited based upon the capacity of Club facilities. The membership cap is set at a level that will allow Members reasonable access to all ranges so they can enjoy their Club without undue delays. It is extremely rare that a Member cannot find an open range on which to shoot, even on Saturdays and Sundays. The PSC membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th each year. By August, the number of Members who did not renew is known and that number of slots are made available to people wanting to join the Club.
Procedure
To join PSC send an email to "join [at] PSC Shooting Club [dot] com. (You can figure this out!) The automated response email will explain the entire procedure.
The normal full year dues is $250.00, including tax. Since our membership year is July 1st to June 30th, dues are prorated during the year. In the event any new members are admitted between April 1st and June 30th any year, new members will pay a prorated dues amount for the remainder of the current PSC Membership Year (1 to 3 months), plus the next Membership Year for a total of 13 to 15 months. This is to avoid a new member joining only to be receiving a renewal notice shortly thereafter. There is a one-time initiation fee of $220.00 when you join (or rejoin after allowing your membership to lapse). All of this is payable at the time you register to become a member.
Basic Membership
The basic PSC membership is a family membership. You may bring family members to the range with you any time. For Club purposes, family members are your spouse and children who live in the home with you up to 21 years of age or 23 if a full time student. You may also bring up to 2 guests at any time. Family members as defined herein do not count toward the two guest limit. Also, guest privileges are primarily to allow people to see if they are interested in joining the Club. Therefore, bringing the same person(s) multiple times is discouraged. This does not apply to out-of-town friends or family members who occasionally accompany Members at the Club.
The general rule is that family members and guests must be physically in your presence to be able to shoot or handle firearms, but this rule does not apply to Associate Members. Associate Member Badges are available only for the spouse of the PSC Member and they must follow all new member procedures before getting their badge. The Associate Badge holder may be on a separate range from you and may be at the club when the full Member is not at the range. Please note that Associate Badge holders do not have the privilege of bringing guests to the club, though they can bring other family (as defined above) members. An Associate Card is $24.00 per year, and that is not pro-rated during the year for the initial card. New Associate Members do not pay the initiation fee.
